The Sheffield Cycle Stand can be easily installed directly into concrete. The longer bars allow it to be easily cast into concrete. Once installed, it will be the same height as the surface mount option.
Each Sheffield stand is made from hot-dip galvanised steel. They are highly resistant to rusting and corrosion when in use outdoors. The concrete design is ideal for permanent installation. Alternatively, the cycle stands can be combined with retention sockets to avoid repeat excavations.
The Sheffield bike stand allows bikes to be locked in place via the frames. This helps with boosting bike security and can reduce the risk of bike theft when in use. By locking the frames, it helps to stop would-be bike thieves from taking the bike frame.
Space Sheffield bike stands as far apart as possible during installation. Ideally, you need to leave enough space in between so that all bikes can be accessed when needed.
