The HGV Dock Bumper 1200mm is a perfect solution to stopping HGVs and large vehicles from moving beyond a particular area, providing robust protection for loading bays, loading docks and more. Each unit is made from high-quality hot-dip galvanised steel which means it won't rust or corrode even if it is chipped or scratched.
The strong steel frame of this wheel stop is powder-coated for high visibility - this is complemented by the large rubber dock bumper mounted onto the front of the unit which is suitable for use with HGVs and helps to bring them to a stop within a confined parking space or loading area.
To help drivers see the dock bumpers in place each unit is fitted with 2 highly visible recessed yellow strips, providing excellent visibility for indoor or outdoor use.
The rubber buffer on the front is mounted in such a way that the fixing plates at the bottom are protected by the bumper itself as protrudes further out. This will not only help to protect the fixings in place it also helps to reduce the risk of fixings damaging tires when in use.
