Description
All Accident Report Books should now use pages that can easily be removed. In line with the Data Protection Act 1998 this enables the record of accidents/ incidents relating to any individual to be easily removed from the main book and stored securely in an employees private records.
All accident record pages are on perforated paper to enable records to be kept confidential.
A4 size book containing 50 records.
